SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Lloyd Lanes Bowling Alley was another facility delivered via the Design Build method. This particular project consisted of concept creation and development of the base building and tenant interior fit up, design and drafting, constructability, planning and cost control, estimating, tendering and procurement, permitting, prime contractor safety management, construction, commissioning, and turn over of the facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The work consisted of an 80’x150’ – 25’ high steel building with a 12 lane bowling alley leasehold improvement. Work included Steelway pre-engineered steel structures, concrete grade beams on drilled concrete piles, concrete slabs on grade with bowling pit, structural steel entrance canopy, exterior stone and metal wall cladding, standing seam roofs exterior glazing and storefront, steel stairs, interior partitions and second floor framing, doors and finish hardware, millwork, interior finishes, washroom accessories, toilet partitions, commercial kitchen, mechanical, fire suppression, electrical, controls, and communication, exterior grading, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, site services and utilities, site storm drains and manholes. The project included coordination with the Tenant’s bowling lane and equipment vendor.
