SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Tim Hortons was delivered via the Bid Build method. This particular project consisted of national corporate contracts coordination, planning and cost control, estimating, tendering and procurement, permitting, prime contractor safety management, pandemic control plan management, construction means and methods, commissioning, training, and turn over of the facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The work consisted of a 2665 sq. ft. tenant leasehold improvement to a base building developed by Musgrave Agencies. Work included under-slab plumbing and electrical rough-ins, interior partition framing, doors and finish hardware, millwork, interior finishes, washroom accessories, commercial kitchen, commercial prep station, mechanical, fire suppression, electrical, controls, and communication. The project included coordination with the brand’s national corporate contracts for finishing products, equipment, furniture, and signage.
